The best way to reach us is by email: support@paintgrid.studio. We read every message. PaintGrid Studio is a small beta project from Curiosell Systems, so please allow a little time for a reply.
Try this first
A few things resolve most questions:
- PaintGrid Studio runs in your browser, so use an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Very large images or canvas sizes need a device with more available memory.
- If the Studio behaves unexpectedly, use the Reset control to clear your saved settings and start from a clean slate.
- Exports are generated on your device — if a download does not start, check your browser’s pop-up and download settings.
Reporting a bug
When something is not working, it helps us a great deal if your email includes:
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
- the browser and device you were using;
- your image size, canvas size, and any relevant settings;
- a screenshot, if you are able to include one.
Feature requests and feedback
PaintGrid Studio is in active development, and beta feedback genuinely shapes what we build next. If something is missing, confusing, or would make the tool more useful for your projects, send it our way at support@paintgrid.studio.
Digital packs, downloads & refunds
PaintGrid digital products — such as Starter Pack 001 — are printable downloads (PDF and PNG). They are digital files only: there is no physical kit, no paints, and nothing is posted to you.
If a purchased file is faulty, will not download or open, or was bought in error, email support@paintgrid.studio within 14 days and we will repair the file or refund it. Paid checkout is handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy; the full refund and digital-delivery terms are on the Terms of Use page. During the beta, any product whose checkout is not yet live shows a placeholder button and is not charged.
What to expect from the beta
